What should I do if I do not see my town in the scheduler?
If your town is not currently listed, drop-off is still be available even if pickup is limited. If you’d like to see us operating in your town please fill out this request for services in my town form as well.
How should I prepare my items?
Items should be dry and reasonably clean for acceptance. Electronics should have personal data removed when possible, and residents with unusual or oversized items should contact TSR before scheduling.
Can I recycle a mattress instead of putting it in the trash?
Yes. In Massachusetts, mattresses cannot go in the regular trash. Tough Stuff Recycling provides a compliant recycling option through pickup or drop-off, depending on your location and needs.
